Board evaluations that matter.

Using ISO 37004 to Strengthen Board Effectiveness

A practical conversation on how boards can move beyond tick-box assessments and use ISO 37004 to evaluate governance maturity, strengthen effectiveness, and support better decision-making.

 about this webinar…

Board evaluations are increasingly expected, but too often they become compliance exercises rather than meaningful tools for improvement. This webinar explores how ISO 37004 can help organisations take a more structured, credible, and useful approach to board evaluations. Rather than focusing only on whether an evaluation has taken place, the discussion will consider how boards can use evaluation processes to better understand governance maturity, identify priorities for improvement, and support long-term value creation.

Designed for board members, committee members, company secretaries, governance professionals, and senior executives, this session will offer a more substantive perspective on evaluating board performance. Hosted by Colette Crichton, Head of Governance Solutions at the Good Governance Academy, the discussion will also introduce how the Good Governance Academy can support organisations seeking to undertake board evaluations informed by ISO 37004.
