He is a board director, governance practitioner and executive advisor whose doctoral research produced the Quality 5.0 Maturity Model. His work focuses on Societal Excellence, organisational performance and purpose-driven governance.
Peggy O’Neal is a Strategic Alliance Partner at Potential to Reality Consulting and has worked in executive coaching since 1988.
A former practising attorney and public-sector leader, she works with executives through her Wisdomary Leading Framework™ to support authentic, purpose-driven leadership and organisational transformation.
