This webinar introduces Societal Excellence through Business (SEB), a practical governance framework built around four interconnected elements: Purpose-Driven Strategy, Quality 5.0 Operational Excellence, Learning Organisation Culture and Anti-Fragility.

Drawing on research and real boardroom practice, the session will explore how boards can govern these areas as one system, better understand organisational externalities, and begin applying a practical 90-day governance action approach. The webinar also previews ideas from Kerry L. Bass’s forthcoming book on Societal Excellence through Business.

Kerry L. Bass is CEO and Managing Principal of Potential to Reality Consulting and has more than 35 years of leadership experience across corporate, government and nonprofit organisations.

He is a board director, governance practitioner and executive advisor whose doctoral research produced the Quality 5.0 Maturity Model. His work focuses on Societal Excellence, organisational performance and purpose-driven governance.

Peggy O’Neal, JD

Peggy O’Neal is a Strategic Alliance Partner at Potential to Reality Consulting and has worked in executive coaching since 1988.

A former practising attorney and public-sector leader, she works with executives through her Wisdomary Leading Framework™ to support authentic, purpose-driven leadership and organisational transformation.

David Etienne, DBA, CPA

David Etienne is a Strategic Alliance Partner at Potential to Reality Consulting, a Certified Public Accountant and management consultant with more than 30 years of experience helping businesses, entrepreneurs and nonprofit organisations strengthen financial and organisational performance.

His experience also includes international development work with organisations including the Inter-American Development Bank, Caribbean Development Bank and World Trade Organization.
