Showcase: Governance and Board Protocols

This video showcases a newly endorsed masterclass as part of the Good Governance Training Academy. It features Max Franchitto, the creator of the masterclass and explains why we believe this intervention can assist both new as well as seasoned directors to improve their governance insights and board competence.

The training involves 5 sessions which are available globally via Zoom. The sessions are limited to a maximum of 10 attendees to ensure even interaction and learning contribution by all involved. In between each calendar session readings are assigned which take approximately 2 hours to complete. Successful participants are issued with a Good Governance Academy Certificate of Completion as well as a Certificate from the training provider – Build Your Board.

About Build Your Board

The Build Your Board focus is to assist New and Existing Directors to improve and broaden their knowledge on all aspects of good governance and board best practice.

Build Your Board believes that no matter whether you are in the beginning, middle or end of your Director journey, there will always be room for improvement, with this in mind forums are also provided to help training participants to attain better skills to meet the challenges of governance and protocols on a Board.

Build Your Board programmes are designed to help participants to develop practical hands on skills as well as gain valuable technical knowledge that may also assist for further academic studies. Build Your Board is dedicated to providing ongoing development beyond academic learning, believing that qualitative skills can only be obtained by transfer of knowledge from an experienced source.
