The conversation
A principle takes shape in a decision. A conversation. The way we treat one another.
Values can be easy to name and harder to put into practice, especially when priorities compete. This webinar brings together Good Governance Academy and The Ethics Institute to explore how people can speak and act on their values in organisational life.
Arnold Smit’s “yeast effect” is a metaphor for the influence of consistent individual actions: what we do in everyday relationships can help shape the culture around us. Giving Voice to Values adds a practical question: how can we prepare to express and act on our principles when it matters?
How do shared principles guide everyday decisions when pressures and priorities compete?
What helps people speak and act on their values with clarity, confidence and care?
How can small, consistent actions influence the way an organisation works together?
