Good Governance

with forward-looking leaders

The role of leadership is strategically important for the sustainability of corporate governance.

Despite our awareness of this fact, we may observe that many managers lack leadership qualities when we look at the structure of those around us.

The purpose of this webinar is to inspire individuals seeking a genuine leadership experience.

Our guest speaker will share from his personal experiences, emphasizing that leadership is a process that integrates with a person’s heart, body, and mind.

The focus of this webinar is on the importance of good leadership in enhancing corporate governance effectiveness.

We provide answers to the following fundamental questions:

  • What qualities are needed to be a natural leader?
  • What are the commonly misunderstood issues and mistakes in leadership?
  • How can a connection be established between corporate governance principles and leadership principles?
  • How can leadership characteristics be developed, and what is the path to achieving this?
