Executive Leadership Series - Good Governance

eLearning programme for executives

Governance has always been a critical factor for steering any organisation successfully.

But it is often badly understood. “Good Governance” is the pursuit and fulfilment of purpose in an ethical, effective, and responsible manner in line with stakeholder expectations.

The Executive Education Online course is aligned with the latest thinking in ISO37000:2021 “Governance of Organisations” and is a must have for anyone responsible for governing their organisations.

Based on “Doing it Right”, it starts with strategy and value generation, then leadership, engagement and social responsibility. Delivery of value is based on accountability, oversight and dealing with risk. Then creation of the governance outcomes of performance, ethical behaviour and stewardship. All explained in non-technical language.
