About this Webinar

A Good Governance Academy event in collaboration with AICPA & CIMA

Attracting and retaining talented people is becoming more difficult as workforce expectations shift, technology reshapes the workplace, and professionals reconsider what they value in their careers.

In this webinar, we explore how ethical leadership, effective governance and organisational culture can strengthen reputation, build trust and help organisations create environments where people want to develop, contribute and stay.

The session will consider the human capital pressures facing today’s leaders, the growing importance of transparent human capital reporting, and the governance practices that can support engagement, career development and long-term commitment.

In partnership with AICPA & CIMA

The Association of International Certified Professional Accountants (the Association) advances the reputation, employability, and quality of CPAs, CGMA designation holders, and accounting and financial professionals globally. Founded in 2017 by the AICPA and CIMA, it represents 580,000 AICPA and CIMA members, candidates, and registrants in more than 150 countries and territories, advocating for the public interest and business sustainability on current and emerging issues.

Join us on Thursday, 10 September at 15:00 SAST to explore how boards can strengthen AI oversight while keeping human judgment at the centre of decision-making.
